Over the years we have had over 100 carpentry apprentices who have successfully gone onto becoming qualified Carpenters, Foremans and some leaving to start their own business. We are committed to developing the skills and career opportunities within our region and this is why we annually take on around 5 apprentices each year.
We are also encouraging our Civil team to pursue their Civil Apprenticeships and become nationally recognised for their hard work and experience in the industry.
With the business expansion and growth we have also recently taken on a Junior Engineer who will work closely with our leading Civil Contracts Manager to grow their skills and experience alongside the business.
